    Before starting with Dave I tried many different fitness programs. I had gym memberships, tried boot camps, joined weight loss programs, etc. I found what fit for me, Dave's Classes! Since starting I have gained lean muscle, strength, more flexibility and most importantly working out is FUN! his training style is great for any fitness level.     I started training with Dave in July 2014. I really enjoy his workouts, as they are never the same and he's so motivational. Dave gives you the personal training coaching in a group environment. His convenient class schedules fit within my day well, making attending class easy. I have tried many other boot camps within St. John's, and his class was the first I didn't find and excuse to quit. I would recommend Dave to anyone.

    "I'm a life long aspiring athlete. I love playing recreational hockey and getting out for a run or a long walk. About a year and a half ago I was knocked off my track by pneumonia. I spent the better part of 2015 off work. As I started to feel better, the first thing I wanted to do was get back to running. I approached David and he mapped out a Run/walk program for me. I followed his program and now I can comfortably run 5 k. The biggest revelation was the strength training. Dave got me into the gym and assessed my level of fitness. He has a great approach, part motivation,part encouragement. He quickly figured out how much I could handle and wrote me up a couple of programs that I can use both at home and in the gym with a minimal investment in equipment. I love the workouts. I'm feeling immediate benefits. I'm bringing more energy to my hockey and my workplace. It's good to be moving again. I feel as if I'm getting my Mojo back.     In March 2016, I started Bauline Body Fit group sessions with Dave. I have participated in many different fitness programs in the past, but this one is exceptional. I love the mixture of strength and aerobic and my body always feels like it's had a thorough workout. Since starting, (2 Months ago) I have lost 20 lbs and I feel great! I have also learned, with Dave's help, what you eat is just as important as the workout. I still have some work to do, but know I will get there with his help. (not giving up till I can do a real push up! LoL) Dave is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every class. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and he makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun!     I was first introduced to David over a year and a half ago when he started teaching classes at our corporation.     I'm not gonna lie, it's really hard work. For the first while I really had to push myself to go to class. Thankfully Dave is incredibly supportive (no matter what your level of fitness) and every class is different so there was no chance of getting bored. Then, the results start appearing.     I started Private Training with Dave, Nov 27th 2015 with the goal of a 20 lbs fat reduction . I have had personal trainers before for a lot more money AND a whole lot less guidance or overall structure. Not quite 6 mths later I have surpassed that goal with a weight loss of 22lbs, (with Lean muscle gains occurring the weight loss is not a factor, inches lost and body fat % reduction ensures progress in the right direction, smaller, leaner and overall healthier) 22.5 inches and 19.3% Body Fat.... To say I am both amazed and proud is an understatement. This would not have been possible without the continuous encouragement, guidance and whole hearted interest from Dave. He is not just "There" with you but he is "There" making sure you have proper form and proper instruction to carry out the program. If you want to improve cardio, balance, strength, quality of life, overall mood and energy plus progress at a safe pace... This is your guy!!!!     My husband and I began outdoor fitness classes with JeenesFit in May 2016. We wanted a unique fitness experience with goal-oriented results, encouragement and an alternative to typical dull routines in a gym setting.
